No. 5. Friends – You get to choose some friends to host a party, share the work and enjoy the fun of pre-party planning. You think pre-event planning is not fun? Well, if you pick friends, the kids can play while you enjoy the company of your friends. Consider it a pre Night of Spirit get together.
No. 4. Theme selection – Prior to submitting your party to the Night of Spirit. Have a get-together at someone’s house. Have people bring beverages and a snack and you can spend some time with friends, see No. 5, while selecting a theme and brainstorming for creative ideas. Short on time, hit Google and Pinterest and then send a group email to select a fun theme. Here are some ideas to get you started:
No. 3. Pre-party planning – See No. 5. You get it. You get to meet up with your friends to plan the party such as setting a budget and a ticket price (generally ranges from $30 to $50 per person), selecting a menu and beverages to serve, selecting the venue (someone’s home or another location), selecting activities to make the party fun and any other details that are important.
No. 2. Meet the Deadline – Submit all the details for your party by March 6, which you decided earlier in a very fun way to the Night of Spirit auction donation page. No. 1. Raise money for the School and the Holy Spirit Community – Ultimately, hosting a party or gathering is a fun way to raise money for students and the community of Holy Spirit.
